Curiosity drives much of what I do. I’m constantly exploring how emerging technologies can improve the way we design, create and work. By integrating them into workflows and creative processes, I help brands and teams expand what’s possible, turning ideas into real experiences.
I believe a great leader can also move fluidly between hands-on roles such as creative director, strategist, UX lead or designer depending on what each project needs – and I’m definitely happy to do it so. Observing how the world changes keeps me grounded, which keeps my approach agile, relevant and practical. I care deeply about mentoring others and creating environments where creativity, culture and collaboration thrive. A mindset of empathy, wanting to create magic, a spirit of collaboration and a get-things-done is definitely what guides my work and makes me feel alive every day.
In Australia I’ve led digital and creative work at Resolution (Omnicom), Imagination, M&C Saatchi and Saatchi & Saatchi, and now head digital at Glove Studio, a boutique practice in Sydney. Earlier in São Paulo, I spent eight years in digital agencies. I have partnered with brands such as Canon, Zip (fintech), Commonwealth Bank, White Claw, Bacardí, Patrón, Optus, Glenmorangie, Jim Beam, Telstra, L’Oréal, Qantas and Woolworths.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring the great outdoors or traveling. I love cycling and swimming around Sydney’s, exploring museums, and capturing moments through photography and video. I enjoy simple routines that keep me grounded, like spending time by the water, going for long walks, or sharing a meal with friends.
These things recharge me and often spark new ideas in unexpected ways.
