Working with the team behind PostThat.ai, I embarked on a journey to address a common challenge in the digital landscape: the relentless demand for fresh and strategic social media content. My extensive 20-year experience in the digital industry was instrumental in conceptualising and realising this solution alongside the founders.

The brand story of PostThat.ai starts with client demand. Our clients' clients were increasingly asking for more social media content, delivered faster, without losing the tailored approach they valued. Their need for fresh, strategic output was growing quicker than our agency could deliver within a lean setup. This pressure revealed a clear gap: without a scalable solution, we risked turning clients away or diluting the quality of our work.
I was tasked with finding a way forward. My proven process for building social media strategies had been refined over years, but it wasn’t built for this pace. Clients needed scale, yet they also expected content that reflected the same care and expertise they trusted us with. That became the insight driving the project.
Artificial Intelligence offered the answer. It allowed us to translate our approach into a system that could expand with demand while staying true to the quality clients expected. From this, PostThat.ai was developed. More than a tool, it became a way to meet our clients’ growing requirements head-on—giving them the strategic content they wanted while allowing the team to take on more work and focus on building stronger partnerships.

My solution was PostThat.ai, an AI-driven platform that I meticulously designed from the ground up. It involved defining the platform's functionality, user flow, UX, and the problem it aims to solve. I personally crafted the brand, designed the UX, built the landing pages, and created content for social media. The platform, developed in collaboration with a dedicated team of developers, offers a one-tap solution to generate post ideas. It leverages in-depth information about a user’s business to set up a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring all content is strategically aligned and personalised.

My role in the technical innovation of PostThat.ai was to conceptualise and oversee the development of a platform that simplifies social media strategy through AI. This involved ideating a user-friendly system that could generate personalised post ideas with a single tap. I coordinated with a team of developers to integrate advanced AI algorithms capable of analysing in-depth business data. This technology ensures each generated post aligns with the user’s brand identity and strategic goals, making social media management both effective and intuitive.

Developing the brand identity for PostThat.ai was an interesting endeavour. Drawing on my extensive experience, I crafted a brand that resonates with our target audience - businesses and social media professionals seeking innovative content solutions. This involved designing the visual elements, including the logo and website layout, and shaping the brand voice. Making sure everything we create was going to resonate with the target audiences: Entrepreneurs, Content Creators, Agencies and Freelancers. The focus was on creating an identity that encapsulated the essence of PostThat.ai: innovative, user-friendly, and expert in social media strategy.


For social media content development, I took a hands-on approach. I was responsible for creating engaging and strategic content that showcased the capabilities and benefits of PostThat.ai. This involved not only designing the visuals but also writing copy that communicates the platform’s value proposition. By producing high-quality, informative, and appealing content, I aimed to attract, educate, and engage our target audience, demonstrating the platform's efficacy in transforming social media management.

Creating and implementing the go-to-market strategy for PostThat.ai was crucial for its successful launch and sustained market presence. This entailed outlining a comprehensive marketing plan, including identifying target markets, planning promotional campaigns, and determining the most effective channels for outreach. I focused on strategies that would maximise visibility and appeal to potential users, employing a mix of digital marketing tactics, public relations, and strategic partnerships.
